Something I just feel like sharing...

It was a gloomy Saturday afternoon, a flock of birds were having a great time searching for food and playing by the main road.

Out of sudden, a big truck sped by... and a sad thing happened.




Birds are rich in feelings too. Although this bird was already dead, her partner flew over to her immediately, just like a family member, unable to accept the cruel truth.




A while later, another car passed by from the other lane, causing the dead bird's body to whirl with the wind. The other bird thought that such movement meant that his spouse was alive. He flew to her again, calling deseprately for her.




He stayed beside her and yelled, 'Why are you not waking up????!!!!!'




Unfortunately, she was not able to hear him. He tried to lift her up.




He was, of course, unable to bear the burden of her weight. He flapped his wings again and again, but to no avail.



Although another bird told him it was useless, he did not want to give up. He tried his best to lift her up. He never gave up trying, encouraging her to get up and fly again.




He had finally utilised all of his energy, and still, there was no reaction from her.

The photograher who witnessed the scene could not shoot any longer. He was worried that the living bird would be knocked down by another car, and hence, he picked up the dead bird and placed it at the road side.

However, the bird that was living refused to leave. He continued to stay, as if crying with his singing.



The world needs a lot of love, compassion, and sympathy.
