And you know what? I thought I was the only one who thought there were 5 Ninja turtles… until Shikin confessed her misconception on the same. So where did the fifth turtle (which in my imagination wears a yellow mask) come from?

A BIG BIG THANK YOU to Shikin and Nuraini for the greatest company at ljs, TMNT, and Cartell last evening. We walked around, window shopping with tired legs. Occasionally Shikin would baffle me with questions like whether or not I like that person’s hair or the cap he was wearing. Last evening was in no doubt a ladies’ night out – cos when have I ever been on a men’s night out?

We talked about almost everything. From school to work, work to school, then from Nuraini’s mum’s suggestion of getting her married to a Datuk to support her daughter’s wayward spending habits, to Shikin’s agonizing weekends of writing reflections for the school’s principal. We chatted about people we missed, and then, we talked about boys and men... why we could never understand them, and girlfriends who neglect their friends when they found boyfriends. Oh, how we dislike this kind of people.

Anyway, who says women can’t live without men? It should be the other way round. Adam was lonely. That was why God created Eve to perfect him.

And yes Shikin, I think I’m in love too… with the turtles, especially Leonardo.

Oh noooooooooooo……….. It’s Monday tomorrow.
