Haven’t been feeling well lately but still, it was a bonus to life today that I got to chill out with Debbie for a movie and some window shopping. We went to watch this movie called ‘The Interpreter.’ At first, I was expecting lots of action scenes since it was classified as part of a thriller. But then, I was slightly disappointed.

Maybe ‘disappointment’ isn’t the appropriate word to describe the movie because in general, the show isn’t that bad… just thought it could run on forever. Nicole Kidman is really one cool beau. She can be cool, sexy and mysterious at the same time. That is, she has style.

I’m spoiling myself these days only to find I have burnt a hole in my pocket. Squandered some bucks away in exchange for Vivian Hsu’s latest album. Don’t ask me why I bought it but I feel that she has a very sincere voice despite her not-so-strong vocals. In songs, genuineness is what I’m looking for. Certain music touches my heart not because it is the current ‘in’ thing but because it is expressed genuinely, like it comes from the bottom of the heart.

I like JJ’s heartfelt renditions and Sly’s songs too. JJ gives me the pleasant impression he puts his heart into the music, like he was telling the listener his story. As for the latter, maybe I’m biased but even the flaws become perfect if that person involved is your idol. Not that Sly can’t sing or is untalented but his songs reflects his personality ya know that edgy kind. Even if the song is a love song, he delivered it with an attitude of ‘I see, I love, I want, I take.’. In simpler words, he has attitude and he isn’t afraid to show it.

My father bought LOTR ‘The 2 towers’ vcd lol yay! Another collection of that movie. Shall watch it again when I’m free. I just can’t get enough of the sceneries that brings out a peaceful feeling. ^^,

I still don’t want to believe Anwar is out of American Idol. Sobs… he is another one true soul that puts his spirit into the music. See that standing ovation he got and you’ll know. Its like whenever he sings, his music is his heart and vice versa. Ooh ya Anthony rocks too, I like his ‘clean’ voice. Can anyone tell me when will Scott be out?

Celine has left for Vietnam for her study trip and Nisha has returned to India. Miss them loads although I seldom meet up with them. And what the hell am I still doing here in Singapore?
