Last Thursday, My Aunt and I went for the briefing session at Bishan for the Creative Technology roadshow. It was to prepare us for the promotions these Thursday to Friday at the Singapore Expo.

That person in charge of the briefing said we are suppose to promote MP3s during that 4 days and he proceeded on the Cons and Pros of MP3s, how to promote better to a customer and certain circumstances we might be in and how to deal with customers.

I was a little bowled over. Alamak, too many things to learn although it was just plainly promoting stuffs. Then before the briefing began, the person asked, "Anyone of you don't know how to operate MP3?"

I was about to raise my hand when the 2 girls in front giggled at the man's queustion. Followed by that, the man said jokingly, "MP3 easy to operate leh. Don't tell me you all don't know."

Bingo. My hand found no strength to shoot out anymore. That was the point I think I looked like a mountain tortise. But honestly, I do know what is a MP3 but I own none and I have no idea how to operate it!! After the man had introduced to us the different types of MP3s creative tech is going to promote, we are allowed time to 'explore' them. That was when I finally get my first-time-in-life-touch with MP3s. Phew. Not that hard to operate actually.

But the lastest model (the one which you see it in Spore Idol 'hotstuff' MV') seems a little complicated. Got to learn more.

Sort of worried for this coming Thursday work. I'm looking forward to it but at the same time, feeling rather uneasy. This is my first time doing sales promoting. Moreover on electronics which I'm 'sotong' at.

The working hours for the 4 consecutive days: 10am - 9pm. OMG!! Almost 12 hours. I wonder if my legs would break. Cos you don't sit down and promote stuffs right?

But still, I'm going to try my best and rock you guys out there. -- Okay, that is Sly's line. Not mine (-_-!!!)

Then again, before the briefing session ended, the man asked, "Any more questions?"

I wanted to ask this actually -- "Since Creative Tech is a main sponsor for the Singapore Idol, then will the 2 remaining finalists make an appearance in the roadshow?"

Sylvester sauntered in.

Not in the room.

In my mind. ^^,

I didn't ask that in the end. Too embarassed. But hey, there can be a possibility they might attend. Cos they have attend a couple roadshows where the 'thing' is a main sponsor of SI.

I remembered my sis telling me: "Aey! If they coming you must call me leh!! I will 'cheong' down to Spore Expo." (PS: Sylvester Sim is actually her first ever male idol.. hahaha!! So this more or less deserves to be recorded.)

I hope they don't come actually. So I can concentrated on my work. :)

After the briefing session, my Aunt and I were walking to the bus stop. That was when I found out I'm not the only one that has never operated a MP3 before.

My Aunt has never too.
